Brutal Autos – La Cala Brutal Local 2026

Get ready for one of the most unique and entertaining events of the year as the first edition of Brutal Autos arrives in Cala Sant Vicenç. 

Competitors will race customised motorised inflatable boats on wheels in a fun-filled event combining speed, creativity and plenty of laughs. Whether you’re taking part or cheering from the sidelines, it’s set to be a memorable day for all ages.

Vehicle verification begins at 09:00, with the race getting underway at 11:00. 

Registration is open until 11 September 2026 and can be completed online or in person at the Pollença Citizen Attention Office (Monday to Friday, 08:00–14:00).

RULES:

Teams of up to four people will race their own homemade, non-motorised vehicles down a specially designed course. Creativity is just as important as speed, with prizes awarded for the fastest vehicle, the most original design and the entry that best captures the spirit of “Brutal Local”.

All vehicles must be human-powered, have more than two wheels, basic steering and braking systems, and be built using safe materials. Participants are required to wear a helmet, while gloves and knee pads are strongly recommended.
