9 of the best fine dining restaurants in Northern Mallorca
In recent years there has been a marked increase in high end & fine dining with a number of talented chefs opening highly individual restaurants across the region. Many of these restaurants are to be found in somewhat unlikely places, scattered across the rural towns & villages of Northern Mallorca or hidden in plain sight in the middle of a high density tourist area
Some of these establishments boast Michelin stars and others are clearly hoping to be awarded one soon; To be fair, it seems that some have been ignored for years whilst quietly pursuing excellence and others have managed to simply make enough “noise” to get noticed quickly, but the inner workings of the MIchelin guide have never been transparent or democratic.
Here we offer our round up of 9 of the best in no particular order – Please mention Talk Of The North if you make a reservation.
