The “Joves a la neu” Programme

The Consell de Mallorca is extending their “Joves a la neu” programme with a fourth trip to the ski resorts of Andorra planned for 23 to 28 March, giving more young Mallorcans to enjoy a unique experience on the snow. 

This call for applications offers 61 additional places for young people born between 2004 and 2006. The group who will be able to enjoy six days and five nights at the Pal Arinsal ski resort in Andorra. 

The programme, promoted by the Consell de Mallorca through the Insular Directorate of Youth and Participation, aims to promote coexistence, sport and healthy leisure in a natural environment. 

The Consell de Mallorca finances 70% of the total cost of the activity, reducing the final price for participants to 287.82 euros. This amount includes return flights, ground transportation, full-board accommodation, equipment rental, ski pass, ski lessons, guided activities and insurance. Participants will be able to practice skiing or snowboarding with training given by professional instructors and enjoy group dynamics aimed at strengthening coexistence and learning. 

Registration for this session will be open through the Consell de Mallorca’s Electronic Office from 00:00 on February 12 until 23:59 on February 16. Participants will be selected through a public draw among all pre-registered participants who meet the established requirements. 

The second group of the programme, made up of young people aged 24 to 27, left on 9 February and will remain in Andorra until the 14th.
