Directory

The business category which your business belongs in depends on which category best suits your business. Here is the full list of categories and sub-categories: CLICK HERE.

With this you can decide the correct category for your business.

If your business listing is in the wrong category and you’d like to change it to another category, get in touch with us and, if applicable, we can make the changes.

The purpose of TOTN is to bridge the gap between local businesses and prospective clients. Our business directory was designed with both in mind, providing a centralised space to enable visitors to find any and all services they are looking for.

We know from experience finding the right service in a more niche market can be difficult so we created an all-in-one solution. Find anything from restaurants to veterinarians to construction companies.

Listing your business on TOTN is a straightforward process, simply create an account, navigate to “add listing“, provide us with all the neccesary information, choose your plan and submit. Please allow up to 48 hours for your listing to be approved.

If your business listing expires, you have 15 days to renew the listing before it will be deleted from our servers. 

We will send you an email notifying your listing has expired.

To remove your business listing from totnmallorca.com, please submit a request via our contact us page.

Ensure to provide us with the name of your business, the reason for your request, and proof that your are the legal owner of this business.

Our directory is designed to be a fully comprehensive resource for our users. Therefore, we cover all business types in our area! For more information consult our directory structure page.

To update or edit your business listing, sign in to your account, navigate to your account section, select the listing you would like to edit and click edit. Make your edits and hit update, please allow us up to 48 hours to approve your edits. If you still have questions do not hesitate to contact us.

No! You can list your business 100% free of charge no strings attached. We also offer paid listing plans to get access to premium features such as business hours, business reviews, social media linking, increased listing images, make your listing features to appear in more searches, and much more.

Navigate to “Add Listing” to consult our pricing plans to find the most suitable plan for your business.

To contact a business listed on our directory, navigate to the listing you wish to contact and at the top of the listing their respective contact details will appear here. In some events, businesses might not provide any contact information. In this case there will be no information that appears here.

Only businesses on a paid plan can receive customer reviews. To leave a review on a listing navigate to their page, scroll down and at the bottom, if they are on a paid plan there will be a review widget where you can leave your review.

To share a listing, navigate to the listing you would like to share and click the “Share” button that can be found under the listing title.

To report an issue or incorrect information about a business listing to us, navigate to the listing you wish to report, under the listing title you will find a report button.

Please provide a detailed description of your issue so we can quickly deal with the problem.

Newsletter

To subscribe to our fortnightly newsletter, there is a form in the footer of each page which you can follow the steps to subscribe. 

To unsubscribe from receiving our newsletter or communications from us, you can either find an unsubscribe link in the footer of any emails we send you. Alternatively you can request to be removed from our mailing list on our contact us page.

By subscribing to our newsletter you will receive fortnightly updates on local news and events. This is the best and most efficient way to stay informed on everything going on in the north of Mallorca.

As some may remember, we used to print a magazine every two weeks full of useful information. Our newsletter is essentially the digital version of our magazine.

We accept event listings for the following categories:

If you are unsure whether your event is suitable to be listed on TOTN, get in touch with us.

If your event is due to occur 48 hours prior to the event happening, we might not get it on the site in time. We ask for 48 hours to review and list your event.

To purchase a banner advert on our website, you have to follow the simple process that can be found here.
